Nes' Power Banana Muffin
/Perfect source of protein post workout!
Ingredients:
- 3 Tbsp Cashew Butter (wet)
- 4 Tbsp Raw Honey (wet)
- 2 Eggs (wet)
- 2 very ripe Bananas (wet)
- 2.5 cup Almond Flour (dry)
- 3/4 tsp Baking Soda (dry)
- 3/4 tsp Sea Salt (dry)
- 1/2 cup Walnuts (dry)
- 1/4 cup CocoNibs (optional) (dry)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Mix all wet ingredients in a mixer
- Add in all the dry ingredients into the mixture of wet
- Fill mini muffin pans (makes up to 36 mini muffins if filled 3/4 of the way)
- Bake for 25 minutes
