“Strawberry Delish” Smoothie
/This recipe serves 2!
Ingredients:
1 medium sized banana
6 large to medium strawberries
1/4 cup thick rolled oats
3oz Greek yogurt
1.5oz raw almonds
1/4 cup water
handful of ice
Directions:
Place all ingredients with the above order, into a high speed blender
Blend at full speed until well mixed
Divide it into two equal containers - either save one for later or shared it with you loved one :)
Derek and I have this smoothie for our morning snack, about 2.5-3 hours after breakfast.
